DGN to DWG converter

I am looking for a recommendation for a DGN to DWG converter program that will translate all of the microstation (dgn) lines, text, dims, level, etc into its equivalent in AutoCAD (dwg).
I currently have lots of files in dgn that i would like to convert and unfortunately i have too many files to just go in a "save as dwg" and redefine layers, etc.

Unfortunately, CAD VCL and other CADSoftTools products don't support the DGN file format.
